PACHYDERM MULTIMEDIA AUTHORING SYSTEM - DIGITAL POSTER

Building a Digital Poster with Pachyderm

Emerging technology has been playing a crucial role in how information is delivered, how communication is engaged, and how education is transformed. Internet and Web 2.0 tools not only expedite the speed of information distribution and foster communication dynamics, but amazingly, they nurture a powerful culture of learning collaboration.

Think about this ... How wonderful if you could

  1. Present your poster to the world on the Internet

  2. Explain your research with audio, video, & animation

  3. Display your poster digitally on a 61" plasma screen

  4. Show your digital poster any where with a flash drive

Pachyderm is an easy-to-use web tool, which offers a brand new online presentation experience to its users. No technical skill is required to integrate multimedia elements (such as photos, animations, videos, and audios) to deliver visual compelling online learning modules.

Partnering with ITAC, Research Showcase is going to host a Digital Poster Training Workshop for the 2009 poster presenters.
